HTML5 introduces several form elements. We will talk about those form elemenst in this chapter.

Setting the attribute to ON, the browser helps the user in filling the form or the particular input type. However, if it is set to OFF, user will not be given any help.

form Override

This attribute allows us to override an already set form value. SOme form override attributes are formaction, formmethod, formnovalidate, formtarget.

E-mail:

By using override method, we can use different action file for different type of users.

multiple

The multiple attribute specifies that multiple values can be selected for an input field. It works well with input type :- email and file.

placeholder

This attribute is used to provide some hint to the user. The value disappears as soon as we start typing in that field.

We hope that you learnt so much that you can start working on HTML5 now.
